In the unfortunate event your betta arrives dead, please take a few CLEAR photos with the betta sealed inside the bag within an hour of USPS confirmed delivery time and massage us.

– We will issue a store credit in the form of a code for the amount paid for the fish.

– We can only give store credit for the FISH ONLY, not shipping since that was paid to USPS not us.
