Here at Fightingbettas we don’t want to be like all other stores keeping their bettas in tiny little cups until they’re sold.. we only use one gallon glass jars (for sale as well) to keep our ready to sale prized males.
In the unfortunate event your betta arrives dead, please take a few CLEAR photos with the betta sealed inside the bag within an hour of USPS confirmed delivery time and massage us.
– We will issue a store credit in the form of a code for the amount paid for the fish. You can check the code’s balance in The HUB
– We can only give store credit for the FISH ONLY, not shipping since that was paid to USPS not us.
