In the unfortunate event your betta arrives dead, please take a few CLEAR photos with the betta sealed inside the bag within an hour of USPS confirmed delivery time and massage us. We will replace the fish with one of similar or higher quality, and reship at your cost. In case we do not have a similar quality fish we will refund the cost of the FISH ONLY, not shipping since that was paid to USPS not us.
